Danieli, A Four Seasons Hotel, Venice

The hotel is located in a charming area, right in front of a pedestrian wooden bridge. There are several restaurants nearby where you can enjoy delicious meals. The rooms are comfortable, with beautiful marble bathrooms that provide a full set of toiletries. The staff is helpful and friendly, always there to assist you. The breakfast, although expensive, offers a variety of options to choose from.

There were some issues with the key, it was difficult to open the door and we had to seek help multiple times.

The building is very beautiful, with an impressive hall and main staircase. . The location is optimal, a few meters from Plaza San Marcos.. The breakfast is one of the best I remember, if not the best. Not only because of the breakfast itself, exquisite everything, but also because of the incredible views that can be enjoyed from the terrace where it is served . Just for the PLEASURE in capital letters of enjoying this breakfast it is worth staying at this hotel . It is also extremely pleasant to spend some time in the main hall, of great beauty, enjoying the live music of the piano . All of this makes it highly recommendable, in my opinion, to choose the Danieli for a romantic getaway for two.

Really good Management: I had a rough start with my check-in and room, but the Manager at Hotel Danieli stepped up on the next day and made everything perfect. Their attention to detail and commitment to making my stay amazing was really good.

At the Danieli they are super-detailed and very friendly. It's an experience in itself. Absolutely recommendable.

I just loved everything!

The undeniable charm of the hotel, the irreproachable welcome of the staff. Very discreet and at the same time attentive, very helpful ... The staff at the reception is exceptional, a thousand bravos . The room service is extremely courteous and helpful.

The traces of limestone along the bathtub for this level of establishment should not.

The location of the hotel was perfect - just a 1-minute walk from the ferry boat to the airport and to tour the Grand Canal. It was also a short 2-minute walk to San Marco square and in front of a pedestrian wooden bridge. The hotel's central location allowed easy access to both the tourist areas and the local areas.

Breakfast was just what we expected. On the other hand, the price is above what is usual for similar breakfasts in hotels with the same profile.

During my recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at a historic hotel in Venice. The first thing I loved about this hotel was the very nice view. My room overlooked the canal and provided a picturesque backdrop. Another great aspect was the really good service. The staff was professional and friendly, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently situated within walking distance of several key attractions and amenities, making it easy for me to explore the city during my free time.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly enjoy. the hotel seemed to be understaffed, resulting in long wait times and a chaotic atmosphere.

beauty of the Dandolo palace where we were staying, superb view of the lagoon from the reserved room. the quality of the breakfast, welcome and professionalism of the staff dedicated to the restoration are remarkable.

On the other hand, the faded state of the tapestries in the room located in the Dandolo palace surprised us somewhat, as we expected much better for an establishment of this rank. Also, the professionalism of the cleaning staff as well as the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired: glasses used the day before not changed and put back in place without being washed, it's not top... Sorry, but this is really not up to the standard of a 5-star establishment... For these reasons, the price of the service is largely unjustified !!

Hotel was overcrowded during peak tourist season, especially on weekends. Lack of efficient check-in process due to the number of guests.

A great location and a view from the restaurant that is memorable for life. The rooms are clean, in beautiful style, richly furnished.

Despite the request for a German-speaking service and hotel staff to ensure the presence of an interpreter, no one has appeared during the entire stay.

This hotel offers a prime location right on the water, with its own water taxi service available for a higher cost. While the price may be steep compared to other options, it allows for convenient access to ferries and the scenic views of the lagoon. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are well-appointed. The breakfast terrace provides a fantastic view and a delicious meal to start the day. The staff is attentive and helpful, providing top-notch service.

Some aspects of the facilities and services may fall short of the five-star quality expected from a luxury hotel.

For us it was ideal.

Everything! The location is ideal, we loved the decoration of the rooms and it corresponded exactly to our expectations, the hotel is beautiful, we were blown away by the decoration in this period of carnival, the staff is taking care of everything.

On a side note, we appreciated the menu of the restaurant La Terrazza for Valentine's Day but we were expecting more for a palace.

This venue offered exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my luxurious needs. the service was exceptional, with attentive staff providing a delicious Continental breakfast and in-room breakfast. the Bar/Lounge area was classy and the perfect spot to listen to the live piano player in the evening. the hotel's location provided a stunning view from the Terrace restaurant/bar, which was exceptional.

There was one minor issue. the reception staff lacked accountability and follow-through when I requested a simple task of cutting and presenting a rose in the room.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Our room had exclusive amenities and was decorated elegantly with a comfortable bed. the bar/lounge area was perfect to unwind after exploring the beautiful location. the continental breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options including special diet menus. Private facilities were top-notch. the location advantages were unbeatable, within walking distance to all main attractions.

The spotty and slow wifi which was only available in the lobby or at an additional cost. Everything else was perfect.

It was quite light and couldn't be adjusted. despite this small inconvenience, I must say that the hotel overall was fantastic. The rooms were beautiful, with fine views of the lagoon. The restaurant was great, offering delicious food and excellent service. The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to famous landmarks such as the Dodges Palace and Piazza San Marco. The historic bar was a delight, with a amazing array of individuals to chat with. And let's not forget the glorious terrace, where we enjoyed dining with a view of Venice. Despite the small hiccups, I would highly recommend this hotel for its luxury and charm. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying at Hotel Danieli again.
